DNet > Employees > Onboarding > Process Monitor
As a client-level user of DNet, you will receive notifications throughout an employee’s onboarding process:
- When a new onboarding invitation is sent to the employee
- As reminders are sent to the employee to complete their onboarding
- When the employee completes their portion of the onboarding process
- After Centricity finalizes the employee’s onboarding
Once an employee finalizes their portion of onboarding, you will receive an email from “DNet Admin” (darwinet@darwinet.com), titled “Finalize Confirmation for Employee Name, Employee ID Number”, confirming the employee has completed the employee portion of the onboarding process. After you receive that message, you can verify the I-9 by following the steps, below:
- Log into DNet, toggle to the company-level of the system, and navigate to the Onboarding Process Monitor (Employees > Onboarding > Process Monitor).
- Expand the employee’s profile and select the
icon next to the I-9
- Indicate your information and select whether the supporting documentation is from List A or List B & C. For reference, a list of acceptable documents is included on the last page of this document.

- Enter the applicable document information and click on “Submit”.
- The system will then prompt you to review and sign the document; click on “Sign Document” at the top of the form.
- To electronically sign, enter your DNet User ID and Password, and then click “Verify & Sign”.
